Maddy and Austin knew that they wanted to celebrate their special day with their closest friends and family, especially by making it more than just a one-day event. The couple wanted to create a whole weekend experience to celebrate their love. The newlyweds had their wedding at the Desert Botanical Garden in Phoenix, Arizona. The couple was able to have their own private 1:1 time together and celebrate their union with their loved ones. Their weekend ended with the perfect Candlelit Epic Urban Rooftop Intimate Wedding to make a truly memorable event!

HOW THEY MET

Maddy and Austin aren’t sure exactly how they met. It could have been through junior high or high school, but what they are sure of is that it feels like they have known each other forever.

WHY ELOPE?

“We were always more drawn towards an intimate wedding rather than a 200+ person wedding. We never liked the idea of only being able to talk to our guests for 2 minutes each. We really wanted the wedding to be more of a multi-day, unique weekend event with close friends and family.”

FAVORITE PART OF THEIR DAY

“The favorite part of our elopement day was spending 1:1 time together out in Papago park taking awesome photos and popping champagne.”
