Lisa and I hung out at Quail Ridge Park for her Fall Senior Session a few weeks back, and let me tell you – it was COLD! The day of her shoot, it was a whopping 35 degrees. Man, was she a trooper! While I was cozy in my many layers of sweatshirts, Lisa was wearing just a dress with a cardigan. Guys, she didn’t’ complain one time, even with the sinus cold that she was battling. If that doesn’t explain how great of a girl she is, I don’t know what does.
Though Lisa is a Senior in high school, she said that her favorite year was actually junior year! She loved it because she was able to hang out with her friends a lot and really loved the classes she took. One of the classes that she enjoyed the most was Contemporary Issues! When Lisa goes off to college, she wants to study to become a pediatric nurse (so sweet!).
This past summer, I had the opportunity to get to know Lisa a bit while on a trip with the high school students from my church. You guys – she really is awesome. She’s so down to Earth, level-headed and sweet! Each time I’m around her, it’s a blast. So – here’s to Lisa, and to her Senior year.
